This guy from Chch is doing a good Aussie RR on ADV.

I think he's Nordie's boyfriend or something, he seems infatuated with the Banjo picker.

    Ridin Rootin or what?

Hey, is everyone out there too busy riding or something to post? This thread has been a little quiet lately. Probably out there buying presents for our lovely DR's.

We grabbed a hand choke knob and 2 extended fuel screws from Jesse @ Keintech and they should be here in a day or two. We swapped over the wheels from my son's motard DR650 and had a wee play in the sand at our local beach. Keep forgetting to take the camera, probably scared I'll lose it crossing the estuary.

My son's bike has been an easy starter but stumbled for a while when revved, with or without the choke, so we had a wee look and the choke cable was broken. So new knob on the way then sort the start issue, if there is one.

We ordered a seat cowl for his ZX6R from China 6 weeks ago, not here yet! He also ordered an Alpinestars set of leathers from Germany. Just under $NZ600 delivered and a very kind supplier here in NZ offered a special deal for $1400.

Anyway, let's all get riding and post o few pics.

Merry Christmas to all and thanks to those members that helped us out a few times this year.

    Cheers

Now, what about a pair of nearly white boots I heard about on here recently

More rain here today, too girly to go out and get wet.

    Too wet to ride...but

It has been crappy here and I am clumsy enough in the dry so why risk it

But got busy in the barn and made this up. The heated grips came with the bike and there is also a switch to turn the lights off.

Next step is to move the speedo up, but I think a digital one may be a better option.
