    Isle of Man video

This video, along with many others, has been on Youtube for ages. But I never tire of watching it. Good soundtrack to go with it also.

LOL ... corny yank commentary, "all he suffered was a bruised lung". What a load of of shit - here is the real story, from Richard Quayle's own mouth:

Very nasty looking crash . Totally committed to the corner, riding on the limit - having one's front wheel off the ground does make it reasonably difficult to navigate corners at > 100 mph.

Well having watched it now ... he was in a bit of a hurry to get to the front wasn't he. Can hardly believe the number of bikes on the road. And so confident in using the wrong side of the road - what gives?

Work blocks the vid....what's the summary on what went wrong without the yank "look out the world is ending...oh no, its alright we're here to save you" commentary?

I assumed that during the racing period the "track" is openned up for a "ring what yer bring" session, hence the cross-centre confidence.

Yep I've been there many time and Mad Sunday is great, all the traffic goes one way around the course and outside built up areas there is no speed limit

Nah, the long story-short "on what went wrong" is similar - the vid is better cause it shows the onboard footage with live commentary as it happened + there's an interview with Milky afterwards in hospital looking sheepish, explaining his injuries including how he didn't really need his spleen anyways, best feed it to the dogs or something like that .

I think he quit racing after that incident.
