I did think that Jay's way of warming up ought to get an Honourable Mention.

That's the second time he's used that technique and now the secret is out, he can't get a competitive advantage out of it any more, he's done it in front of a crowd on both occasions

A 5km/h drop in the foot deep gravel earned me that label from a spectator on Friday.

At least it was a good lesson to keep the gas on in the gravel. Used that to save my arse at 140km/h on race day.

I swear it works!!!, as long as you put it on the proper part and have a little bit of wood so it doesnt fall over....
Its a prototype - Fixing it then making a really good one .

you forgot to mention...Mr Poo's forgetting to tighten clipon properly and finding out during braking and full steam during my first flying lap at well over 230kmph...with right handle bar promptly moving way forward!!

    Another couple for you.

Looking at the fuel gauge when I should've been braking from over 200 for the sweeper, running off and into the tyres side on... minimal damage
Then in the following supersport race first corner, powering up at the same time as everyone else, losing the tail, thinking I'd saved it, and next thing I knew I was flying through the air backwards, followed closely by not having a clue what month it was. Definitely my least successful race meeting to date.

    When was the other time???
I think the way some other people decided to 'warm up' there the next lap, and the next lap, and a few laps after that, that it was fairly obvious something wasn't going on like it should at Splash at that point...
