If it wasn't for KB I would have tried this motorcycling thing, got bored riding by myself, and sold my bike once I got my full license.

Instead I've met some people who have become very good friends, found a RELATIVELY cheap form of motorsport and an interest that gives me some healthy time away from the family. I even posted a thank you here

If it wasn't for KB, I'd have my 5000 little soldiers painted now, I wouldn't be thinking of even more crazier riding outfits to don ... on the other hand, I've met people that share the same passion and understand what it means when you say "I went for a ride today".

And oh yeah, shits and giggles aplenty here on this site. Looking forward to getting more bikes and meeting more peeps - and getting my knee down!

Rather than say what i wouldnt have, this is what KB has done for me:

Enabled me to read about riding and the whole lifestyle that goes with it before even doing BHS and getting a bike.
Hooked me up with a Mentor - UncleB, and when he passed showed me how strong a whanau KB is as they came from all over to pay respect.
Got to ride with strangers whom im slowly getting to know better.

The biggest thing KB has given me is a sense of belonging - whilst im still a noobie you get reciprocated respect from the KBers and that makes me proud to be a KBer.

    If it wasnt for KB:

I wouldnt have meet Uncle B, and been given a gentle push into the KB world.
I wouldnt have a bike right now, I would probably be still THINKING about it.
I wouldnt have meet a great bunch of people (some I have meet, others I havent yet), who are the friendliest helpful people I HAVE ever meet.
I would have a more spotless house.
