Theres two ways I see it.

On the moral high grounds, there are some serious issues if it's taken her 2 years to tell you she was a man. If it was a serious and honest relationship that fact would have come up a lot sooner.

On a personal truth level, I'd also break up with her as I am uncomftable with dating someone that has had a sex change.

Also, you failed to mention if it was a pre op or post op female but I'd assume if you've been together for two years you'd have found out already if it's a post op or not (unless you don't cop a feel on your woman for over two years?)

Well if you've been enjoying yourself for the last two years what's changed? Just keep going. At least she told you, eventually - probably not something anyone is going to blurt out on the first date, "...by the way I used to have a huge penis but not any more, how do you feel about this."
