VMCC Round 2. Update re entries & admin

With the recent changeover in officers - and Phil's immediate departure on holiday - we have had a few glitches.

Firstly, no key to Post Box, so serious sweet-talking and several trips I finally managed to get the mail this week. Hence lack of replies and action to entry forms and club memberships.

I am emailing MNZ today with Club Membership Numbers for those applying for race licences. Your membership card is in the mail - honest. Lol.

    Entry Forms
Being processed and entered today and tomorrow. Just heard from Phil today and he will put confirmed entries on the website tomorrow evening.

Minutes of VMCC Meeting held Tuesday, 5 June 2007
I hope to complete these today, have them approved, and these will be added to the VMCC website tomorrow as well.

I do apologise about the delay in this process and it has not helped by a massive workload during my day job. Had to work overtime last nite until 10.30pm. I had wanted to complete all the above yesterday!!

If you have any queries, it is best to email via the VMCC website - I get copies of them but don't have admin access to answer from that email address hence why you will get a reply via my personal email add.

If you have faxed your entry - chances are we haven't got it - with Phil being away - so just email me the basic details.

Thank you all for your patience in this matter and please don't hesitate to contact me - I check my email account throughout the day.

All this is certainly keeping me out of mischief - am enjoying it all tho.
    See you next week.

    Cheers Shirley

Really only one person can enter the info in the database. By tomorrow everything will be processed.

I am impressed at how well entry forms are filled out - when I processed car club entries - they were a nightmare. Typical - cage drivers lol.

We are obviously a more intelligent lot.

I have managed to send the confirmation document to Phil who should be putting it on the website tonite - he couldn't do it yesterday.

If you have emailed, posted or faxed your entry, rest assured it is confirmed. Short of it being lost in the post.

So far we have 185 entries. I can see qualifying regulations will most likely apply.

Otherwise email the club website. I check email regularly and you can be assured of a quick response - having said that the exception is tonite after 6pm I won't have access to a computer until 8.15am Tuesday morning.

Please note, entries that arrive after today will not be accepted.

Cheers Shirley - in the role as Secretary VMCC

Crikey, it's going to be a big meeting.
    At last count 216 entries.

Apparently Phil did not receive my email of confirmed entries. I have another avenue to explore tomorrow/Thursday.

I reckon registration will be starting early on Sat morning - I hope Ripe Coffee set up their stall early cos I'm gonna need it. lol

If you have any queries, just send an email to the Vic club website.

    See you all Saturday.

    Cheers Shirley
