hey just a quick question which oil do you run in your 4 stroke mx bikes

wondering which weight/brand etc i should run

Hi taku,
most of us run a semi synthetic sg rated 10w-40 grade oil in our 4 strokes these days, your manual should confirm this, and also give you the correct volume to use.
I use elf oil and rate it highly. Don't forget to change your oil filter too, as both oil and filters are cheap compared to engines!
