Report on how badly a K2 gixxer crashes.

Yep, it finally happened, everybody said, unless you slow down, you're heading for a big off, well, I BLOODY DID slow down!!!

Leaving the top of the Rimutaka hill, heading north, first corner I noticed my bike tucking at the front, so I decided to take it real easy, so much so, that Vicki who was behind me, admitted to wondering what the hell I was doing, three turns later, pootling round a bend, and down I went.

We were doing about forty K's, so you'd think I could have picked the bike up, and carried on, WRONG! The left lower fairing is toast, that's to be expected, but the bike slid over the road, and down the storm water trench thingy, the top lip of which just happened to be the right hieght to grind through the left engine cover.

Damage isn't that bad, and I'm fine except for a bump on my hip, and a very bruised ego.

    Report over, peace out.

Now where is Buckbuck no1's "what did you practice thread", I PRACTICED FALLING OVER!

It's just what race attacks do till thier warmed up, it's the whole reason i was going so slow.

Riding around town on them is dodgy as, ninety degree turns in the middle of town, and they tuck under something fierce.

I'm at a complete loss as to how I could have avoided it really, I know the tyres, I know my bike, I was goin slower than I thought required, and here we are discussing how I biffed it.

Bad luck, and timing I guess.

    Mate, that sux.

Hope insurance sorts it out quick for you and you're back on it soon. However, if you're fixing it yourself and need any parts then give me a yell, i've got a couple of bits lying around.
It's just one of those days, where you don't wanna wake up,
    everything is fucked, everybody sucks,
You don't really know why but you wanna justify ripping someone's head off

....but nah, he was actually riding like a true nana, I was right behind, and wondering if the gixxer was about to poop its pants or something (he was dawdling so much), l couldn't believe it when the bike just stepped out ( I think it was actually saying 'get off me ya ride like a weena !') so he did!

Arrogant prick pulled away and by the time he reached the third corner his head was wobbling so much it caused the bike to go down.
