Bike sparky in Wgtn - help

Anyone able to give me a hand to check a few things on this VT250f I'm working on? I don't have a wiring diagram (but I'm working on it). I just want to confirm a couple of things before I continue down a path I don't need to travel.
PM me or get ahlod of me some other way if you can spare some time ... maybe this Sunday?
    Many thanks
    Col a pop

I have a wiring diagram. And a couple of offers of help too. The bike wants to go, I'm sure of it. There is a healthy backfire sporadically. I suspect an electrical problem coz there are a couple of lights out on the dash that were going. The bulbs are fine and the fuses are fine. I'm thinking it's a case of working through the bike methodically.

Stickchick - don't worry. This bike will run again and you will get on two wheels.

Oh it will go again - there are just a few personality issues to sort out. Unfortunately electronic everything is a little harder to diagnose without the wiring diagram as the japanese love to complicate everything.....

Col - this weekned is a write off for me at the moment because of one of my little 'projects' i support but next weekends looking better...

There will be a Sunday (this weekend) session with this bike. Feel free to pop around... if you want the address PM me. Saturday will be a write off (due to work and kids sport) but Sunday'll be sweet.

Don't sweat it Paul - any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Sunday may not be all that good. I have to be on site supervising a carpet layer. Don't know what time he'll be done.
