    WTB: SV650 Fork Staunchions

Pulled my forks out of the bike and what a surprise, both staunchions are bent. (Staunchions, Fork Tubes, Chrome Middle Thing.....) I don't want to try and straighten them, they're bent lots.
Before anyone gets excited, I bought a wreck that I always suspected had bent forks.
So, all those that have done a GSXR front end conversion, do you want to sell your original forks, or at least the chrome bit? I'm not going to do the conversion myself as I'm aiming for the ProTwin racing class.
My bike is an '03, but I don't think the staunchions have changed at all over the years.

And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

So long as the tubes havn't got a crease in them, you could try Wheel and Frame NZ in Cambridge.
I took my Daytona ones over to them. About $50 each to straighten. Should have them back end of this week. (they were badly bent from my Gathering off).
Were recommended by R Taylor, so must be pretty good.
