And and anyone who knows of someone who will rejet it on the cheap, as my neew exhaust will fuck my valves after a while...

When I had an CBR400 NC29 i derestricted it with a "little black box" which plugged into something behind the speedo, and that removed the speed limiter. That might be better than taking the speedo to bits?

Maybe this one would fit an NC35?

Yep i second the black box - made my zxr a whole lot better.
As for jetting - you can do it yourself if your skilled enough (im not) from recall the needles were only $20 each.
Also dont forget to smooth out the inlets on the carbs with a good sand/polish/buff.

Im not paying $100 for an M-Max, I cant buy off that guy anyway, he blacklisted me after I simply asked the question why id spend that money when its far cheaper to do it the other way... hence the rant in his ad lol.
edit: hes taken the rant off his listing... it was a huge paragraph in caps lol.

Morcs--SAVE yaself a power of shit. Send ya bike to GP motorcycles and let em sort it for ya. Your bike will come back getting full HP in ALL gears and will get to full speed as well. It will be Jetted right
    Itll cost ya about $500.00

Dude ya asked he question I gave ya the answer.
Don;t get me wrong the guys at HMCC are fucken top blokes and know their stuff.
BUT--GP motorcycles know YOUR bike -or should I say they have built and worked on a large number of F3 bikes and specifically the now ex owner raced VFR400's both in NZ and in the UK so they have a fair few clues about tuning and derestricting YOUR bike.
Now if ya had a gixxer 600 etc my suggestion would be different

Appreciated tony. Will look at it later in the year.

In the meantime, does anyone know if an nc30 m-max box will go on an nc35?

    Cheers

    or

    Get the carb kit: http://factorypro.com/Prod_Pages/prodh24.html
    And find the HRC CDI.

What's more fun? Paying someone else or getting your hands dirty?
