    I'm just not special enough.

    When I got my bike from TSS they wouldnt let me leave until i could put the bike on the centre stand by myself (hmm took about 20 mins)... does everyone get that kinda service.. hell no!!

    Welcome to KB, by the way. The usual comments regarding bike shops, some will take the time to have a chat, others may be busy, some are just...
    Try them all and stick with the ones that "feel right".

    I am sure they are good guys str8 jacket, perhaps they were busy, but all it takes is eye contact and acknowledgement. I've worked in retail and sales before so have had experience on the "other side of the counter" so to speak.
