One of two motorcyclists who were doing stunts for a video camera as they rode bare-bottomed along a state highway in Western Maryland has been charged with indecent exposure and three traffic violations. The stunt ended when the other biker crashed into a tow truck and was killed.
Police charged the surviving motorcyclist, Brandon Michael Edwards with reckless driving, negligent driving and driving with a learner's permit without proper supervision. Edwards is not accused of causing the fatal accident.
