  5:30pm, Wednesday 13th June.
  
  What are we doing to fix it?
  Our engineers are aware of this problem and are working to fix it as soon as possible so you can start receiving your emails. We'll let you know as soon as we know more.

Geez, bloody ihug, still at it. I'm glad I escaped their evil ways.

I never use an ISPs own email system anyway -- too often it fails, and by not using it gives you much more freedom to chop and change ISPs (you don't have to tell everybody your new email, reprint stuff if you have it written on it). Gmail suits the purpose fine for me, and it's no less professional than using @ihug.co.nz really. The other option is to buy your own domain name and set up a redirect.

ihug's been pretty good to me in all other aspects of their product; glad I don't have to deal with their (obviously substandard) email system.

Use worldxchange instead,haven't had any problems with them yet.
