Sorry Mister D, what about Western Springs, Levels Raceway down south as examples. People moved there knowing about them and look what happened.
This is correct, however with this new example new residents will sign away the right to complain when they buy the property.
With Western Springs and Levels there isn't this protection.
I think this is a very uncommon example of forward thinking to avoid the shambles that are Springs, Eden, Levels and others

Becoming way more common, when we bought our few acres the title states that we can not object to normal farming activities on the farm next door and we are not to sell or lease to anyone who does not agree to this. Good idea me thinks.
