Out there marshalling today (Sunday)at point 3. (start of the back straight)
Windy with the occasional showers made for a trying day, with delays in the program that drove everyone mad.
There was some fast and furious racing with not to many offs and those that there were, only minor injuries. Its amazing how big a riders eyes appear, moments before impact, as he's staring at the rapidly approaching tyre barrier .........
Congrats to all the riders and support crews for some good racing in difficult conditions and a pity about the crap weather, espec. sat afternoon.
    Still, thats life....

thanks for your help, the AMCC ran an excellent meeting under difficult conditions. I had a great time. My Pantah held together (just) and I finished the race in 13th place, 5th in class. I stopped on about the 8th lap because of a miss-fire. Somehow I manged to turn one of the fuel taps partially off with my knee. By the time I figured it out I lost about a lap and 5 places. Still my objective was to finish the race and that was achieved

Next year I want to be in the top 10 - roll on TT 2003

You where doing some nice smooth lines onto the straight (particularly compared to some!) - very impressive!

thanks for the feedback - I think the riding style is due to racing 125's in the past. On the lightweights you have got to be smooth and have high cornering speeds to get anywhere. I like racing the Pantah because I can keep to my old style, the handling is so good - didn't even need a steering damper.
