Hmmm. White Trash. Wainui. Charger. Why am I so not surprised....
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

According to my handy OED (AAARRRGGHHHH - geek alert!)
oxymoron n. a figure of speech or expressed idea in which apparently contradictory terms appear in conjunction. Origin C17 from greek oxumoron. neut (used as noun) of oxumoros 'pointedly foolish' from oxus 'sharp' + moros 'foolish'.

So it could be used here. A contradiction in terms on the other hand would be something like "His instability was stable" ... (specifically me on a bike - I have a good and even level of instability when riding!

Or if you are George Bush... "Iraq is currently in a fluid state of stability."

Isn't 'military intelligence' the usually-trotted-out oxymoron? Thereby disclaiming the idea that it has to be a single word, of course.

Didn't Tui do an 'American Intelligence' variation of the billboards we're all familiar with?

Only if the OED is in the habit of creating neologisms. I don't believe that to be the case, but hey - I could be psychotic!

I'd vote that cage stuff by bikers is a legitimate interest and should stay. Any attempt to censor is narrow minded and I'm not buying T-shirts and having made donations in the past for you to limit anyone's views.
ahh, you assume KB is a democractic state! Incorrect my cage sympathetic friend

Fact is, SM came up with the idea, pours his time and money into keeping it going and updating it, putting new stuff into it and we just happen to come along and take up bandwidth.

Thus, he makes the rules. (although can i say, I've not once had a problem with any aspect of the way he runs the site)

Cage talk can go to a cage site... after all, we all know bikes are better!!

And religious talk can go to a religion site,I hate religion, but i'd rather talk about some ugly Audi than He who beers my likeness.

well, you'd have to ask Spankme about that one I suppose!

Honestly, everyone knows he hates cars and thats fine by me. If he was an absolutely adamant humanist and didn't want to be party to a debate about God, that'd be fine too and people would post accordingly.

just remember, we don't make the rules here, we're guests
