This indeed looks the berries Lissa!

As far as it goes, I guess if we get a huge turnout we can ask if we can also use the living area of the hostel as sleeping quarters too?

Can you find out if they do linen/or provide blankets, pillows etc, just trying to ensure that I have plenty of room in the trusty pack for my creature comforts you understand , sleeping bags take up sooo much room.......LOL

I'm with you on this one Col. I believe the Hilton is waaay over rated anyhow. LOL Good work Lissa!

I see the racing dates are out for next yr

    http://www.mnz.co.nz/news2.aspx?Sect...rticleID=10486

copied from the above link ..

These are the dates for the NZ Road Race Championship, for the South Island:

January 12 & 13 Rupauna – including the NZ Grand Prix

    January 19 & 20 Levels

    January 26 & 27 Teretonga

The North Island dates have been set, however there are two options for Manfeild, due to waiting for confirmation of the World Superbike Race in Australia:

    23 & 24 February
    Or
    01 & 02 March Manfeild

    08 & 09 March Pukekohe

We appreciate that riders want the North Island dates to be back to back and are working to ensure this outcome, however there are circumstances that may not make this possible.

Confirmed dates will be updated on this website as soon as possible.

And that dcision will stand - BTW it will not be me making the decision alone.

The room prices include: Bed, Linen, continental breakfast, shared shower and toilet facililities, kitchen with fridge and microwave, tv, Games facilitities eg pool table, tennis table, darts, board games.

The Tent sites.. includes toilet, shower and kitchen facilities.. but I am sure they can also use the hall.

Ok I am there! When is the question, I have just started at a real job where I have to ask for time off, best to give huge notice of pending time off methinks

As has been said before, cant please everyone, and the reality is that not everyone will be able/want to come, but I want to *sigh*

    Cheers
