I believe that two piece is accepted as long as the two halves zip together.

Check the regulations on the MNZ website

Two piece leathers are fine as long as they zip together.

Depends what grade of racing , at national level some of the scutineers will look at you sideways if you turn up with a 2 piece suit, but by the rule I understand that they are OK. If the zipper lets go (which is a weaker point) they can open up up the back & needless to say the skin loss is not nice to experience. The zipper will also get damm hot if you slide off at speed & are unlucky enough to have some weight on top of it between the road & you.

Keep in mind its pretty easy/cheap to get a 2 piece suit stitched together as aone piece.
To see a life newly created. To watch it grow and prosper. Isn't that the greatest gift a human being can be given?
