Sorry for sounding horribly girly here

but... is there any where I can plug in a hair straightener?

Story cut short: Long curly hair + spur of the moment decision at hair dressers + shortest cut I've ever had = not good

Well.... I've got a 150w inverter, you can borrow it if you can find someone with a cigarette lighter plug on there bike they can loan you... or if your really desperate i can mod my one up and hotwire it onto the battery

Have just bought a lighter socket that attaches to battery for our air bed pump, so if anyone wishes to borrow, will be on site around 3 pm Friday.

We camp at the bottom of the hill-climb paddock, in front of the drain ( if that makes sense)

Meon3 and me will be heading down on Friday. Look out for the black KTM 950 adventure parked with the orange z1000. Or.............the gollywog wearing a bright orange KTM cap!

Have FUN you Guys, I won't be @ the CK this year - I've done about 9 tho, so know what you're in for - nothing cooler (lol) than seeing the buildup of bikes as you get closer! The Orient Express will be on the road down that way (KB sticker on the front screen) , but will be stopping at the Ohingaiti Pub for the night, so I'll "see you on the road". Once again BE CAREFUL,

Useful site, none of the NZ weather site I have found so far mention Waiouru

www.metservice.co.nz - pick rural weather on the left, pick taihape in the map and you will get Waiouru weather - 10 days worth.
