O J Simpson "If I did it book" leaked onto the net

Not that I condone copyright violation or anything, but if one was inclined to read the book that never got released, then there is a torrent attached to this post. It's a 350kb download.

Apparently, OJ got $3mill advance payment for it, and the publisher lost a bundle when it couldn't be released.

Well, now the internet's intervened, and censorship appears to have been damned.

    Make your own mind up.
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

Sounds just like OJ's style. The family must have gone ape shit when they found out he was trying to get this book published. Understandably too, what an asshole.

If they were clever, the publishing house would be the ones to release it... when it gains enough of a foothold on the internet they can point to that and say "everyone is reading it, why can't we sell it on paper"

Pah... being in marketing is knowing how to bullshit someone, being a cynic is knowing how to see past that bullshit... I'm one of the latter.
