Hello mate, you would earn in London $30K to $45k GBP in an IT support role, however, if you have Microsoft accreditation ( Certified System Engineer etc ) then maybe $60k plus. Cheers, Coxy

    Jobserve

Take a look on www.jobserve.com that will give you an idea of what is out there and what agencies / employers are after.

I've been contracting over here off and on for the last 8 years and never had to wait too long for a contract to come up. However, 18 months or so ago my husband had a bit of a struggle getting a contract....

The market has it's ups and downs and is on a bit of an up at the moment, hard to tell what it will be like in a years time though...

If you've got no commitments contracting is the way to go, this is what we have done and it's been great to finish a contract and take off travelling few from time to time.
