Judge is living in cuckoo land as far as I am concerned and the guy should have to go a reasonable period without re offending before getting the privileged of a license back.

So when Alan Hogg finally kills someone will the judge turn up at the funeral??? Yet another example of a 'Justice' system bent out of whack by out of touch judges.

If you check out the thread you can see,
1. He dressed up for the court case.
2. Recently had a shave.
3. Probably showed considerable remorse.
4. Fully intends to try and start repay the 1000's owed in fines. Once he
has paid off his next car.
5. And was very sorry that the jury wasn't needed because he had decided to plead guilty after all.
Judges love all these remorseful people and fall for it everytime.

What a winner. I aspire to be just like Alan Hogg. Maybe if I get into 'P' I will have a better chance at defending myself at court.

boo fuckin hoo, you do the cime you do the time, which for murder should be allot longer than 18 years. And the fact they didn't take in to account your "psychological or anything"....... watched too many crime shows me thinks

It sounds like the guy has turned his life around, prehaps this way he won't lose it again.

If he gets drunk drive again then he should go to jail for a long time.
