    Hi wingnut,
As another in the 6th decade of living it's great to welcome you back to biking. Great choice.
Reading this thread it occurs to me that there appear to be very few women riders in this age group . . . . . are there any out there, or am I all on my lonesome I wonder ?
Well anyway, welcome back to your two wheels and welcome to the site.
    I ride for the love of it . . . . .

Gidday wingnutt. Welcome back to riding and welcome to the site.

We need some old codgers to knock some sense into the whipper snappers around here!

    Welcome to the site.

Sounds like another prospect for the Ulysses Club.

"Honda - our bikes never fucking die...."

The Honda Goldwing was chucked out (produced) tween 1983-1987/8 I think. Wingnutt made a typo. The bikes not 105 years old guys.

But hells bells it'd be a good story if it was!

Hell yeah. I started doing it again 4 years ago and Mrs Oakie started again about 8 weeks ago. Bloody marvellous being a middle aged biker.
He he. Mrs Oakie accidentally found the power band in her bike today and nearly wheelied away from an intersection. (Well, as close as you can get to wheelieing an Eliminator 250).
