I had one on my Moto Guzzi for about 10 mins.... Bloody useless thing for that application... I can't remember where I threw it other than the general direction - away from me

Not on mine Tony - even a mild mannered car salesman could handle it.... (well apart from the ferocious throbbing power) Good cables and mid weight springs - noooice...

Mind you - I had a mate with a Mk5 and it was utterly ridiculous

    Whys that?

The throttle on the R80 will give me an arm like a Gorrilla, as far as I can tell the cables are moving freely though. Maybe the springs are a bit heavy.

Mine was a present from Felix (Zapf). He got it from Motomail. I swear by mine. Bloody good...especially on those long runs. I used to get an ache in the palm of my hand...not any more.

Wow - NZ$30 is expensive. They are (works out to) NZ$14. Even if I posted one to NZ it would still be just under $20.

Iffin you can wait a few weeks I'm coming over in mid August, would be happy to put one in the suitcase for ya.

Thats $30 plus postage cause I'm at the wrong end of the country. If you are coming to Wellington I'd be keen to pick one up off you.
