    Are you sure that isn't Malay? They look Malay or Phillipino (apart from wery fonny).

    Aha! A quick google (a bit bored today) reveals that Harley Palangchao is actually the name of the photographer, and he is a photojournalist based in Baguio, which is in the Phillipines...

    Check out the dude, second to right in the first photo - he looks like he is happy to be riding.

    The road looks like it is in better condition to ours too!
