Ditto ... 100% success rate with that method. Blackbird, that's the way to shut out the work stuff that goes around and around without resolution.

I thought it was "Zopiclone" but we mean the same thing. I have to take a half pill of that stuff or I'm groggy till midday. It's like having your brain removed. Approved!

Thats just a brand name... few variations.

go rark it up in the wet if it's raining. s3xxor if i cant be bothered riding the bike or i'm drunk etc. listen to nice peaceful music on me hifi, read a book, think about things and slowly fall asleep... heaps of different things. best way is to take your mind off real life.

don't watch tv/play comp games cus the screen flickering/refresh rate keeps your brain going apparently....

I work in mental health and I get worried when I hear its the perks??? Any good GP will give you a script for Zoplicone if you need it.

All medications have a trade name and a generic name, hence Zoplicone/Immovane being the same thing. Yes it is addictive, but only if your using it in ways you should not be. If its not working stop using it immediately.

My sleeping pattens are very annoying, i average 4-5 hours a night really
but problem is i sleep for a few hours 11-1 then wake up then maybe 4-6
i have been like this for well over 10 years, tried all sorts nothing really seams to work. so i just deal with it really.

I can live on that easy enough
maybe once or twice a month i might get lucky and sleep 7ish hours, don't do anything different just happens
