Is anyone watching this TV series? I've just started (Episode 2) so please don't give away anything, but I was wondering if it gets any better?

The acting is quite terrible, the plot is contrived, but end-world scenarios kind of appeal to me...and dammit if i don't have to watch the next episode

... I suppose I'm bored and need something to watch at the moment and I guess that this series piqued my interest.

So, anybody?

Ok, I hope the know-it-all black guy sub-plot amounts to something.

I hope the series doesn't go all "Lost" on me.

I watched the final episode in bed last night, fell asleep and missed it!

It really doesn't get any better, it's a weird disjointed story

I've watched the entire series a while back - it gets a bit better later in the season, and no network picked it up for any further seasons, so it finishes on a cliff hanger, and that's that.

It's a bit like '24', - each episode is sort of OK - but it's frustrating because as the weeks go by it goes on-and-on-and-on......never seeming to come to any logical conclusion.

This is the "sub-plot" that makes people watch crap tv, to make them watch the adverts and then go out and buy shit?

they are making another series, but have only guaranted the first six/eight episodes, dpends on viewer numbers. the reason it was canned was that it was competing with American Idol which had a huge number of viewers. A campaign was launched to bring it back which involved sending a whole lot of nuts to cbs (if u saw the final you'll know what it means.)

I've been watching it on and off. Saw the final (which left it wide open for the next season). The only question not answered was who planned the bombs?

Never could get into Lost. Piece of shit that was. A story for the purpose of setting up a twist. Over and over.
