    Just for GoatFood

Thought with your "passion" for our four legged friends you might enjoy finding out the results of

    The Saudi Goat Beauty Contest

*trying to think up something witty for here, but my mind has failed due to overload of all the possibilities*

How on earth did you find this, Mr Lemur?

Heh - reminds me of when I worked on gummint sheep station, in the Reproductive Physiology" department. We were conducting one of our innumerable trials on sheep oestrus etc., and needed some pheromones. (Goat and sheep pheromones are essentially the same, but goats produce theirs from a gland on the top of their heads, by the horns, and it's easier to collect the stinky sex perfume than from a ram). So off me 'n Pete go to Ruakura to visit the Saanen goats there, to get some hair samples. (Now for those of you who don't know, a Saanen buck is like a small horse in size, and stands about 1.8m high at the head.) Pete and I were used to sheep-sized critters, and we walk around the corner to the pen, and see these beasts. "F&$k me!" exclaims Pete. He sidles up to his first customer, waving his nail scissors, giggling nevously: "Heh heh ... nice goaty-woaty! Just hold still - I just want to give you a nice haircut..."
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....
