The guy who des MotoGP. So many, one that stands out was 'he is now 22/10ths of a second faster.

And I think the guy who does the pit report on MotoGp was quoted as saying in response to a question about the tyres a certain rider was using, "he had a hard on in the morning, and I think he's still got a hard on now".
