Look forward to seeing everyone at the same location as before, no excuses folks, weather like this is something we have to learn to deal with so come on along.

MackTheKnife is a sadist! Actually he really is! But in the nicest possible way I orignally went to pick up a GPS from Raj and he said he was meeting the lads tonight...

So there I was, tootling along up to ASB to give some coin to the lad and lo, there was a congregation of two wheeled contrivances!

We practiced going around cones, some more cones, and to top it off, some more cones again! In the worst possible way.

Mack had cunningly placed them so he could play with our minds (hah! More fool him! We have none!) It was a great learning experience for me - I definitely got a lot out of it and I'm sure the others did too!

Just as we were getting better, Mack packed it in so our heads wouldn't swell since it was beer o'clock. The usual bantering and yarn telling and a good time had by all!

Tis' awesome this! I've always heard about it, and I'm glad I actually made it (missed the emergency braking in the wet session last week! )

Thanks to Mack and all those who braved the conditions and went out! You're legends in my book - even Disco Dan who managed to find his way there with no problems now!

    Blah

Was a good night, could not make it to pub as well... too tired... and still got lots of packing to do

Next week we will be heading over to Bar Africa after our session to see the bikini girls (and join the ATNR crew at the bar). [details here]

Same as usual, just this time there will be girlies at the bar after our practice!

LOL it came down to a choice of riding in the cold rain with you lot or a free home cooked meal sitting by the fire

Hah. Pretty much the same for me! Means I can get out tonight to the bar.

You should come along, Lisa. Check out the Thursday thread to find out what we're doing (I'm not entirely sure myself...)

Sadly I think I'll have to pass on that one, don't have the spare cash for cullens tax surplus if I get busted and getting left well behind doesn't appeal either, might come down to Bar Africa later though.

Most of us dont ride it fast enough to incur the wrath of the rozzers and you certainly wouldn't be left behind. The thursday ride is a fun ride and not a race. Always a tail end charlie and pointers...

I'll probably be heading straight to the bar tonight anyway. Putting on go-faster bits after work.

    Does that answer your question?

So the ride is on as usual tonight, looking forward to seeing you all there. Will hopefully be dry but might be chilly.
