and the problem with that is???? in your sig you say you dont mind strong winds so why the issue over moderate breezes? nothing better to get your skills up than real world situations IMO. the only way you will stop fearing rain and wind is if you ride in them and learn how it affects your riding speeds and style. A good ride in the rain and wind can still be almost as much fun and enjoyable as all day sun and gentle breezes.

I have some vague ideas for tommorow but if you have anything in specific then speak now or forever hold your peace - or at least until next week.
not sure what you have covered so far Big Dog but maybe riding in rain and wind tips could be helpful for some it sounds like. also some tips for riding at night?!?! perfect time for covering that maybe cover different riding positions and the use of your knees and elbows to reduce fatigue / riding comfort, target fixation, safe and effective braking, keeping your levers covered etc... as for cone work i have no idea i will just rely on your Obi Wan skills to come up with something that we all need to know ahahaha

Just be careful all thats coming along tonight (well anyone riding tonight), those wind gusts can be cold and nasty, makes lane splitting and motorway riding a life and death thing.

I've just come over greenhithe and down the north western and was blown around a lot, about to get the thermals on so can stay warm(ish) tonight
We childproofed our homes, but they are still getting in.

Whoah! Last night was awesome! (Finally I tell the story since the site is back on).

hehe my first time on the Bridge lol It wasn't that windy last night thankfully

After going down the bridge and when I was changing to lane 4, I almost hit a car behind me
In the other hand it makes me mad
When I indicated Right, He/They accelerated

Well I got home in one piece at least
It was a good ride~ I learn many things every AWNMR
So I say we need more newbies and learners!

If you can make it on Kiwibiker you can make it anywhere.

Is it Legal to change lanes on the bridge???....(i know i do it) but is it legal?, always thought you choose a lanes stay in it, be interested to hear if that is the case or has the law changed over the years.

The lanes are marked with broken white lines, so I would say that it was legal. If they were solid lines, then no.

Big Dog deserves a big Thank you for putting up with us each week.
There are usually several different experienced riders each week, but Big Dog is part of the foundation, there rain or shine and always offering that little bit more to each person to improve themselves.
    Thanks dude
