Didnt you see the guy on the cbr (sorry dont rememer his name) lock up the front wheel during the emergency braking excercise, he did pretty well to keep it up right.
Yes it was very impressive!
Good to meet some more KBers and thanks again Big Dog for a great evening.

Hey guys/girls, I'm in Waitakere and am looking at going for my 6R license soon... does the Wednesday night ride cater for the likes of me wanting to know what to expect from the test (the roadcode isn't too informative, other than telling me not to coast around corners on my bike with my "foot" on the clutch), or can you please direct me to someone who can assist me? Thanks
I couldn't see why it shouldn't be able to help,
Pretty much we just discuss what's to be taught when we meet at Westgate, and I reckon your case would take priority.
Though the 6R test really is just only a ride around the block.. but you may aswell come along. I'm in the Waitakere too btw..
Woe to You Oh Earth and Sea

Roll up, roll up. Come one come all.
Never too late to sharpen your skills, there are some very experienced riders who still drop in from time to time to sharpen the skill of the night.
Generally the ride test is around obeying the law.
The best way to find out what to expect on the day is to either ask the test place you have booked with for the route (some will some won't supply a map), or ask in a separate thread for advice from others who have done this test at your location.
any one got a cruiser i can borrow? lol rawberry still has her head in a box at holshot going there today to go 'check' what is going to be done with it, a week without a bike (that i am comfy with) is driving me nuts.....
I've learnt to hide the pain inside, open the throttle and ride away.
