Me and a couple of mates are meeting at the petrol stn with the Mc D's in Mana at 8 (I think that's the Shell you're all talking about?). Anyone's free to join us. We'll probably stop somewhere up the line for brekkie - the Motorcycle Cafe does a good fry up!

It's about 100m down the turn-off to Waitarere beach (between Levin and Foxton). Nice set up - bike stuff all over the walls, good kai, and tables outside which is great if the weather's nice. Might see you guys there, cause we'll probably end up stuffing around for a while before we actually head off!

Hey just a quick question for you Wellingtonian's....do any of you happen to work at the airport or know anyone who does? I am a silly bugger and left a battery in a box of bike bits I was taking back home last week when I jumped on a plane and had to leave it with the Aviation Security Service.

No drama as I can always get another one but if anyone was already there it would be awesome if someone could pick it up. It's a 12V bike battery and my form number is 151581. The guy at the check-in said it could be picked up but I don't know what the process is and I guess there's a chance they might have thrown it out already.

Anyway, if you can help give me a PM. Or if you want to hassle me for being a dumbass and trying to take a battery on a plane feel free as well.

Just remembered i've got a big 21st to go to tonight, so I'm probably going to need a bit of a sleep in tomorrow morning!
I'll probably leave welly at 9:30 or 10, so if you're keen I might be able to head up with you Slingshot?

Very enjoyable day. Nice to finally put a few faces to names. It's not every day you go riding with people that chuck stuff at yah. Looking forward to riding with you guys again.

Yep, it was a great day - a bit cold but fine and dry.

Some EXCELLENT racing, and very few bins.

Nice to see heaps of KBers out there.

SVS: congrats on your championship placing, well done!! And thanks for the mention to KB in your acceptance speech.

Nicko: I hope you've got a big enough trophy cabinet at home - well done!

Motoracer: haven't read your report yet, but well done for coming all that way. Sorry we didn't get to talk with you much.

Hooks: I'll have you know that some Ducatis WON some races!!
And my glasses look fine, must have been a bit of dust on them.......
