Although true it has actually happened before - happens more often than you might think! A dude on the states got dead!
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them

Can believe it! Back in the early '80's, some kids put stones in the petrol tank of my Bro-in-Laws Bobcat. He could only think of one way to get them out and that was to vacuum them up!

The flames reached the balcony on the second floor...

Funnier bit, was that he took the vacuum cleaner back to the shop and said it had caught fire! The shop manager said he'd never heard of that happening to that model before and replaced it under warranty!!!!!

Vacuum cleaners - gotta be most dangerous things.

Co-pilot was a scrub sister when we met. She worked at big hospitals in Sydney.

She use to have do occasional repair jobs of blokes who were 'vacuum cleaning in the nude and fell - dick first - on the hose.'

    Apparently it shreds the works.

Oh he was fine! He'd drained the tank first, but the stones were too big to fit out the drain hole and of course he couldn't tip the Bobcat over... It didn't have much petrol left in it. We arrived after the fact and were incredulous that he could have been so dumb!
