I saw a quote yesterday somewhere that said "guns kill people like pencils make spelling mistakes". At the end of the day if you put someone on or in an object that is capable of speed then you have given them a licence to kill. A license or other trumped up piece of paper is going to do nothing to prevent it. As a society we do ourselves a disservice when we vote for a nanny state that continues to take responsibility for actions away from people and endeavours to empower the police to control it. Parents create kids and the attitudes of the kids.
