    Free lathe, Christchurch

Does anyone in Christchurch want a small lathe for free. Situated in Halswell Christchurch.

I brought this lathe becuase I wanted the quickchange toolpost and tooling.

So it is complete minus motor and toolpost. Comes with a 3 and 4 jaw chuck and a cabinet with draws with stuff in them. Would be quite handy for someone and I'd take it myself if it was in the north island.

Condition is you collect it within the week. Its only small but youll probably need at least a station wagon to collect it.

Phone me on 021 1120266 or PM
    Regards Garry

It's ok Kickaha... if we don't see examples of his work in 3 months, we'll do an intervention and rescue it

It's only the motor and tool post that's buying him that long Well that and the coldness we've seen this week.

What shall we set the standard at then?

A plumb bob? That's the classic first lathe task, or a bush ?sp? punch?
