    Catteries in CHCH

    Hey guys and gals.

MissSniper and I are off to the land of Parrots at the end of the month. We need to put our puddy tats into a nice loving facilty for 21 days. I have only been to one (Riverside Cattery) and the lady there didnt impress me. I wont go into details.

Anyone used any catterys in CHCH and can offer some advice? We want a shared room that both of our kitties can enjoy but we dont want them socialising with other cats. Z could do it, but our siamese is very perculiar and prefers only his company.

I have looked at the yellow pages and rung around, but as you know, everyone talks themselves up.

    Please help

AristoKatz - or some similarly shitty spelling.

Not a cat man myself, but friends use this one quite often and rate it as one of the best.
This weeks international insult is in Malayalam:

    Yup I agree with Biff

I think its spelled Aristo Krats, they are just outside of Rangiora Sniper... let me see if I can find the number.

Avoca Valley & Ferrytails @ Ferrymead Vet Cliinic- ph 3843070

Visit them all & make sure that your cat vaccines & deworming & flea treatments are up to date before they go to a cattery- it is a requirement at most. If they don't require it don't go there.

You could always look for one of those in home companies. My dad generally does it that way as they water your plants and bring in all your mail as well. And he has 5 cats so I guess a cattery would be fairly expensive for him!!

    Riverside Cattery Guest

    New ownership Riverside Cattery

    Hi there Sniper
On 20 July 2007 I purchased Riverside Cattery and "that lady" is no longer here. As my business is ran by word of mouth, I felt it was necessary to reply and right the wrongs of the prior owners. Please feel free to contact me at the cattery to see how we can fix these issues. Cheers Mel
