KR150 indicator fault

Right, so when I went down on the KR all those months back, it completly destroyed the right front indicator.

I ordered another one new from Kawasaki, and it when it came fitted it. Since then none of the indicators have worked. I checked the bulbs, and discovered the new indicator had a different bulb in to the rest, instead of a 12v 10w it had a 12v weird W blub. So I changed it for a new 12v 10w bulb, and still nothing.

Checked the wiring, and as far as I can tell it seems ok. So Relay comes into question. Took the old one out and went down to kawasaki who quoted me $150 for a new one. Apparently because of the connection they couldn't use an aftermarket. So I went down to Suzuki who let me try an aftermarket one. Chopped the old connection off and put two spades on it, however I could feel the unit ticking in my hand but nothing from the bulb.

Now all the bulbs are fine, and as far as I can tell so is the wiring. I don't especially want to pay $150 for a new kawasaki one, any recomendations?

Do you get light at the indicators but no flash?
Is the fuse at the battery ok?
I have spare relays for the KR150 here if you want a secondhand one.

No light at the indicators at all, and that fuse is fine also. How much would you want for one of those spare relay's for me to try?

Get a multimeter and do a continuity test to check that current is able to go through the circuit to the bulb. Do this across all connectors as well. Try this before you go buying stuff. You may find that you have a broken wire or a loose connection in which case it is an easy cheap fix.

Get a reading at the indicator plugs when the switch is on...

I'd be suspecting the indicator switch plug. also I would just double check that the bike doesn't have fuzes for the other electrical components--IE a fuze youve missed
