You have to find someone who wants your money enough. I needed a key cut for the hyosung a while back. It wasn't listed in their computer catalogue of key numbers, but a mitsi sigma blank was the right shape. $20 i think?

Armstrong's Locks on Gt South road .. also there is a place across from the Warehouse in New Lynn ( by the porn store and the place that sells the mini choppers .. about 100 metres from the Lone Star Cafe)

Hey dude, if you got the original code you can order one through a bike shop.

Not relevant to your question but I went to the locksmith in Ghuznee st in Wellington (the one that always has a CBR parked outside) to get a key cut for the ace as none of the key/shoe shops could do it - the guy asked what type of Yamaha it was for and I told him it's for a YZF thou - he then said something about my scooter and proceeded to rant on about what an expert he was on motorcycles and how grunty his CBR600 was! I mean wtf?? I was deeply offended. They key works fine though.

Chubb Locksmiths on Dominion Road, in the Balmoral shops can cut most motorcycle keys.

just got a key copy for my bike, the guy was a bit unsure about wether he could get a blank that would fit but found one, not a perfect match but it work's good in the ignition.

Only problem didnt check the seat lock, doesnt work, the rest of you should check that before you leave. ill go back tomorrow.

    And it was only $7.
