    Wanted to buy: gsxr1100 thermostat

    anyone got one? my bikes a 1993 but has the 1996et motor inti
    wanted: a tacho for GSXR 1100 1993 please Pm me if you have one.

    no but if you search a thread I did on RF900 it will tell you what car thermostat to use & where to drill the hole to make ok or bike use (horizontal bleed).

    how do you guys get so many little green boxs? I only have 1 is it because I have no friends? (( nah jokes. But seriously what are they about?

    Read the FAQs under site stuff folder. Been posting too long.

    With car ones just be aware that if horizontally mounted (as cars never seem to but often on bikes due to space) they need a small bleed hole drilled near the top so there isn't an air pocket.

    Suzukis had crazy cold thermostats in mid 90s. I got the idea from the Factorypro site that said they were difficult to jet running too cold.
