So, this is a collection for eight bullets? Oops, I suppose seven bullets solves the arguing but still leaves one arsehole too many.

I like the two pictures attached. The first one is `current governance', the second what they plan to do.

All they really did was place everything in the first pic so it was super-complicated and all the lines had to overlap In the second, they laid everything out much more nicely and left out all the extra lines between nodes

Despite the propaganda I agree with their sentiments. No real need to split up the city into all these other cities.

I live in Mangere Bridge so I'm allowed to say this; but we'd improve Auckland vastly if we just sliced off everything south of Onehunga and the whole of West Auckland

Masterton - Stokes Valley is 80kms. East-West Rd is only interesting at +140km/h

I haven't ridden north of Auckland on a Social ride for....2 years.
Just sick of 16 and over hwy 1. 16 was OK when you could do 140kph - now I can't be arsed.

South is getting much the same. Even 22 has become ho-hum after the 20th run to Raglan.

I'm sure I'd be the same in Wellywood with only two roads out of town.

That's why the dirt thing. Still plenty of gravel roads I haven't ridden to death and an opportunity to push some limits - without walking home.

sick of traffic, sick of the jaffas, sick of the city, sick of the nothing to do, sick of the same old thing day in-day out... and more... just need a change!! and Auckland just doesn't cut it...

i think the worst is those jaffas though... sheesh!! (I am not one, I just live here avoiding those that are)
