Yeah in the final, but can we beat the auzzies. Our only hope is Bond rips through the top order and we can keep them to around 220ish. I can't see a batting order with Broom at 6 (or maybe hopkins will play as specialist batter again ) being able to chase down 280+

Dan just said he is at 6 from now on

I give us a very good chance against aussie we do have a habit of lifting for trans tasman games and i believe we have the players to pull off an upset

The key is to get Ponting out cheaply cause i've noticed when he goes cheap aussie don't go so well

Finally some common sense! Now just need to get McGlashen over there to bat number 7. He is so much better than broom and hopkins combined. Broom has played 13 matches and highest score is 29. Wtf is that about? He has had so many chances. About time McCullum stepped up too, he has been a bit of a waste of space recently.

My Batting order of the fit squad they have over there would be

    Redmond
    Guptill
    Taylor
    Franklin
    Elliott
    Vettori
    McCullum
    O'Brian
    Mills
    Bond
    Diamanti

Not sure if you heard Simon doull this morning but apparently they have no faith in Diamanti and have him there just as a water boy which i think sucks

What the hell is Scott "miley" Styris doing there

First and last few hours - both semis.

Cricinfo said yesterday 'it doesn't really matter who Australia meets in the final.'
But I agree with Dan, as St Punter of Launc. goes, often does the top order.

Vettori, D. is sure one class act.

We win if our top order all fire, doesn't happen often but when it does we can post 300plus,our batting is ok even guys at 8,9 can get runs quick.Just we put pressure on 7,8,9 to score to often, then have to rely on bowlers to do so.
