Seems McJim is in fine form lately, sniping from the edges and then doing the occasional highland charge!

The worrying combination is that there's a Scotman on an Italian piece of design! A descendant from one of the worlds fighting nutters riding something designed by a race of people who went faster in reverse! (The old WWII joke ... Eyetie tanks have 3 gears forward and 5 for reverse...)

Must be why I like the big mad Scotsman! (This is the second big mad Scotsman I've known in my life... kinda scary... all barrel chested and with that garrulous nature that is the bane of all Englishmen).

Gah! You mean all that time your sparkly pride and joy hasn't been ridden!? Oh the inhumanity of it all!

Sounds like you've been away from home for a whiles - seems you Hyobag owners always seem to be leaving your preccciouuuusssss behind .. WarlockNZ down Christchurch way and had to leave his mint Hyobag behind as well!

Never mind, check out the other get together that we are all discussing together in the club 250 thread!

    Dunno if I'm barrel-chested. I'm certainly keg-bellied though!

I'm choosing to be complimented by your comments since (as usual) I can't be certain I've fully understood you .

So what's the count at so far - will we see a swarm of hornets on the next 250 run?

At this stage ... two... or one ... unless I decide to ride Daisy!
But the little ol'Hornet meet was more of a photo shoot op ... no real riding of course! Sheesh! That would just use up the expensive rubber on the rear!

Nah, just stand around going ooh-ahh over each others rides... Talk about what bit of bling or kit to install next before pushing the bikes back into garages and then comparing riding gear for fashion, fit and other trivial bike banalities!

And who really understands anybody? Heck, I don't even understand me at the best of times!

Yes, this thread of course is hideously off topic and you've dragged it back on! I was thinking of contacting all the little ol'hornet riders so we can meet at an arranged point for a photo op session and then a bit of a ride (naturally it seems it will draw out everyone else keen on a ride! )

Just wanted to do something super-duper special ... and having a swarm of hornets would do the trick! (hmm mebbe I should just extend it out to all the Hornet riders! )

Would make a great shot for everyone's collection.
