Firearm question

I'm sure I read a thread (did a search but couldn't find it), or on harold?, about someone who was travelling through Welly and decided to go and have a look at the Beehive while waiting for the ferry.

From what I can remember, he had a rifle in a carry bag over his shoulder.

Apparently the police etc were a little woried about someone with a rifle turning up near our highly respected pollies, on a bike, with a rifle!

Go figure....
