Roflmao, isn't he like 35 or something? Kurtis will have someone to beat now.
Eh, I like Laguna Seca, lucky fellow, wish I could see it in real life. The long left and right just after the Corkscrew (Eau Rouge eats it for breakfast, but it's interesting I suppose) are fantastic corners. It's always cool to see the compression in the left-hander cause the suspension to tuck up and cause them to really turn in hard.
I don't thing Miguel is a done deal yet. Just read this and it's pretty fresh:
"With just a simple discussion of who would be available to ride the injured Toni Elias' Gresini Honda at the Red Bull U.S. GP, news has spread quickly that Miguel Duhamel is the man slated to take the ride.
"I'm surprised at how it gets out so quickly," said Heben, American Honda's road race team manager. "Three people have discussed it and now it's out there. Nothing is for sure at this point. We've just mentioned Miguel as a potential. I think it's been brought up for discussion, but nothing has been finalized. Other names are probably in the pot too."
They're probably scared he'll fall off and break a hip.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?
Sigh. No I'm not thinking of Yvon.

I think its great that the pool of talent of young up and coming American road racers, finds a 42 year old Canadian at top of the list.
Oh yeah, Roger Lee is riding a Kawasaki as a wild card too, isnt he?
I think it's a brilliant off the wall choice! Miguel is a real racer, lots of Laguna experience, will just get on the bike and ride the nuts off it, I reckon. Possibly some younger bloke would have been a 'safer' choice, but I just don't think Zemke (obvious choice) would be quite as loose as Miguel about it all, just a bit more analytical and circumspect, whereas Miguel will just get on it and ride.
It will be interesting, that's for sure.
Cheers
Barry
