wanted- dead or terminal GSXR750/1100 85-88

Has anybody got a knacked GSXR motor under their bench, condition does not matter, it can have a rod through the cases for all I care. would also look at complete bike with dead motor. Or a GSX750F or GSX1100F motor would also fit the bill for the bits I am after.

    ok

the parts I really need are the starter clutch cover, the starter clutch, the ignition pickup cover, the rocker cover and an oil cooler. Most, if not all these parts are the same on the 1100's and the 750's.

Robin - my workmate Pete is a early gixxer freak.

I had the pleasure of riding his 7/11 last week - nice bike - Ohlins rear, GSXR1100 swingarm and wheel, RF900 front end with clipons, 36mm carbs with K&N pod filters, and loud exhaust system)

He has a large amount of these parts.

He also sells gixxer stuff on trademe as pdracop.

Check out his listings - he currently has a fair bit of this bike's stuff on there.

Failing that - PM me and I'll give you his phone number to call him on.
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

Andersons m/c wreckers in Rotorua have still got some bits for the GSX1100F,
I was down there a couple of weeks ago and had a look. Might be worth a try.
