Nice choice of bike.....I vote yellow!

you forget the sexy red one...

There an awesome bike for what you get... they are heavy and are slower than other 250's but a good bike, none the less...

Thanks for all the replies guys. I'm leaning more towards black, its surely my favorite color overall. Yellow looks good too and it was more of a safety choice originally (more visible). But I got to see the black one in the shop and it looks amazing. Red was never my color so I never considered it.

I will definitely get good gear. I want a good helmet especially, not just safe but comfortable and with built in sun glasses, good ventilation. I know how important head gear is from years of playing paintball. I will probably go for a all leather jacket/pants rather then synthetics. I dont plan to ride in the rain originally and I have a full snowboarding set I can wear over the top if i need to. Plus black leather looks awesome I'm setting $1000 aside for gear. Think this will be enough since I should get a discount on it when i get the bike.

Now a question for all the wellington people - Where can i get a cheap, secure park for a bike. Must be in CBD (I'm on Wakefield St). Do the carpark places have special parks for bike (for cheaper) or will I end up paying the full price?

Once again thanks for all the replies and I will be sure to post again when I actually get the bike (mid august).

What statement? That every other Hyosung GT250R rider was trying to be different?
There's nothing more exhilarating than pointing out the shortcomings of others, is there? -Clerks
