    Gahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!

Well.. Went to take the RG out.. Turned it on.. Well its definately starting okay.. Oil light was on.. Strange.. Knew I should have heaps of oil in there..

Pulled the bike out from under mums deck.. Backed it, pushed it up onto mums driveway to park it up.. So I could check.. Light was still on..

Whilst fiddling with the pain of an arse key thingo to get the back seat off to check oil (always been hard to get into) I noticed a drip... Got down and started looking...

Hose for the oils split and come off, oils dripping everywhere... Its even all over my rear tyre..

Right so pushing a bike and turning it round on a slope so I can put it back where I got it proved to be a little difficult... Ended up dropping it on the grass... And now I've got fuel all over my bike boots.. Any one know how it would be best to clean them..?

Hot soapy water is usually best for cleaning boots

Sheesh, it's an improvement over discovering this as you tip in for a left hander. I'd be pretty happy about, kinda.

That little ol warning light saved you about $500 in repairs. Now go outside and apologise to the poor thing.

a gravel road will get the oil off
if you're lucky enough to live on one ride up and down it a few times, in the deeper gravel, give it abit of shit etc

Its true, you were lucky! Shame tho cos it was a nice day and tomorrow when you have it fixed it will be pissing down! Was up there today checking out the storm damage to our place, did our usual F&C at Mangonui and rode the rain edge back to fongaz. Can't believe how many chickens there are now at the picnic area just south of the Matauri Bay turnoff!

Well done for taking note of the light and actually checking it out. 'Small bad' saved a whole lot of 'big bad' if you'd ridden off into the distance without checking.

I'm real sorry, but I've seen a few of your posts, and it seems to me, that nearly every day is a bad day for you. I put it to you, that perhaps a wee bit of HTFU is needed.

I dont want to be a cunt, even if I am good at it, but this whole site is full of bitching and whinging, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT PEOPLE!!!

Mind you, those of us that are happy a lot, and high on life, get accused of being crack hoes, so perhaps crying in our wheetbix would be better.
