    Race attacks are awesome when heated but IMHO shite commuting or in the cold/wet. Sport attacks perform far more confidently as an everyday tyre.

    Ex race tyres are cheap, but not necessarily for a beginner-some tyre knowledge is needed.

    If 'sports' are what you seek I purchased a pair from Wellington that [delivered] cost me $90 less a set than quoted in Auckland [ included a free chain lube and visor insert]. Keep an eye on Trademe

    No worries SPB, I may be flicking the 10 in the next month and she's due a set of tyres - I've got a bit of track action coming up this month also so these will come in mighty handy. That's if they're still available. Chris? Hello, are ya there...?
